******* Subscription

Hi,

I have a simple query but it doesnt seem like Vodacom wants to assist the customer at all.

Since the middle of February 2017 I have noticed that airtime has been going off my balance everyday and I am not even making ANY calls.

I have sent emails to Vodacom on 28 February 2017 and 21 March 2017 with no response.

I then called Vodacom on 10 April 2017 [Ref# ********** 7] and spoke to Dineo, explained the issue at hand and then she said that she will do a "network sync" on my handset and garantueed that it should fix up my problem. She advised that I have NO subscriptions on my line. She advised that if the issue persists after waiting atleast 24 hours; I should call back and ANY agent will be able to proceed with a R110.00 airtime refund.

I called Vodacom back on 13 April 2017 [Ref# 1- ********** ********** ] and spoke to Sinalo whom just cold transferred me to a different Dineo from the Solutions team as only this team can log this fault. She advised that there IS a subscription on my line that has been deducting R1 and R2 everyday since February 2017. I queried what are these subscriptions because I did NOT subscribe to anything and Dineo was unable to explain where or how these subscriptions came about. I also queried about my refund that the previous agent promised me and she advised that she is unable to provide a refund to me nor can she contact the previous agent or listen to the call recording. She also said that her manager is unable to assist me? She said she can only log this "network fault" as they do not have the option to deactivate this subscriptions and then the "networking team" will specifically contact me in 7 working days with the issue resolved and a full refund. I asked Dineo to contact me either on my mobile or email in 7 working days just to followup that this issue is resolved and all she said was that she will try? But she didnt contact me! So much for being in the Solutions Team.

I called Vodacom back on 28 April 2017 at 8AM ofcourse waiting the 7 working days rule and spoke to Zuko [was unable to grab a reference number]. He then advised that the previous agent logged an INCORRECT fault to WASP as it is a vlive subscription. Talk about time wasted? He said that he will call me back in 10mins after he has spoken to technical support but he also he did call me back. I have to admit that from everyone Zuko was honest and seemed like he genuinely wanted to assist me but I am not sure what happened to him and why he didnt call me back!

All I want is:

1. Have this ******* subscription removed.

2. A refund since February 2017 of all the subscription deductions as I did not request or subscribe to this.

3. A refund since February 2017 of all the manual airtime purchases I had to do since this was eating up my standard airtime.

4. An itemised call record + charges since February 2017.

5. Please provide the necessary coachings to all 4 agents I was incontact with. Failure to followup. Incorrect information provided to the customer. Incorrect procedure followed to resolve the query. Poor Customer service.

Please let me know if you require any further information/evidence in order to have this issue resolved ASAP.

If you are unable to reach me on my mobile please do contact me via email!

Cheers
