on 11 february 12:01 in the early morning hours we where phoned by a vodacom consultant that stated there is somebody that wants to do a sim swap,i ask at night isn't it weird that somebody wants to do a sim swap?and why because we are still using the line...i put the phone down,next morning the sim is unregistered,phoned vodacom, no the line was given to somebody else....without permission from the owner of the line. an hour after my phone call to vodacom we where phoned by our bank to ask if we made transfers from our bank account,...somebody transferred money from our bank account using cell phone banking. thank you very much vodacom...<br> i have communicated with vodacom and still no answer or sms or anything from them...
