******* SIM SWAP

On 7/6/2016 my wife was contacted by a person claiming to be from Vodacom customer service informing her that due to work being done on the system there might be signal loss. Shortly after that she received a sms for a sim swap request being logged She contacted the 082111 no but due to "high volumes"was not able to speak to a agent to block the request She did manage to block the sim card at +- 19h00 that same day We do use her cell no for security clearance for our internet banking.Without this phone you can't create a new benificiary for payment. The next morning +- 14 hrs after the sim was blocked all the money in our accounts was *******ly transferred from our accounts . How was it possible to do a sim swap without my wifes consent ????????? How was it possible to use her blocked no 14 hrs later to due the ***** ??????? The case is currently being investigated by the banks ***** dept aswell as the SAP .

This would not have happened if the security on your side was in place and I hold you as company personally responsible for the *****. I feel there is a ******** element working amongst you as well as the bank !!!!!
