******* Sim swap

In December 2015, around Christmas, my cellphone sim card, as well as my 3G ****le's sim cards was *******ly swapped, I was however out of Vodacom service area, when i returned, I found that my bill is R12000-00. I did report it immediatly, and also went to a Vodashop where I HAD TO DO A SIM SWAP AND get my numbers back.<br> I was told to contact the call centre, I did that, it is now 25 days later, I have not heard anything from vodacom, but my debit order has gone threw, with all that money out of my account.<br> <br> NO CONTACT FROM VODACOM WHATSOEVER
