******* shut down of services& no return of cell

I am customer almost 12 years with vodacom I have spent thousands of rands on accounts upgrades, cell phones only to get bad service.I pay my dues every month and to top it off they shut my services down today. 7 weeks ago I went online I cancelled my insurance on my cell phone due to vodacom will not pay for damages of a faulty phone which was promised to me will be a stunning phone also sony with all their adverti*****t. I got my sony experia just under my 2 year contract and used it less than total of 3 months sending it back and forth for repaires as the phone constantly gave problems, I get call 8 weeks back from caledon vodacom wont pay the damages to phone even after it has been with them for more than 5 weeks. I have had it so I go online to 2 cancelation departments and request cancel of my insurance and reciept that they still have my phone to be destroyed , 2 weeks later I pay my account minus the insurance I start getting calls to pay the insurance this goes on I go into grove mall vodacom I get told ag just pay it we give a **** they do not cancel my insurance I go to other vodacom get it done and still they shut off my services. vodacom the worst cellphone company !!
