******* renewal of contract

How is it legal that Vodacom can renew not one, but two of my contracts without my knowledge or consent. To contact customer service is a total waste of time... Went to Vodacom Irene, they lodged a complaint, only to inform me a week later that contracts were cancelled but immediately renewed again, AGAIN without my consent. I have four contracts with them, but they have just lost a client.
