******* rating on ITC

<p>I have been listed as a bad debt written of in 2008. Accoring to the credit law this listing must be removed after 5 years. After several telephone and emails this could not be achieved. All I could achieve was to receive a letter stating that this account had been settled in Desember 2016; unfortuanately this is not only unexceplable to me, but also against the law. On a visit to Vodacom headoffice this matter was disgusted with a Mr Ndunge whom totally agreed with me and undertook to issue a letter stating that this rating on ITC should have been removed in 2013. However after several mails and phonecalls I still do not have the promised letter. I have now also appointed a attorney to assist me. In a conference call between myself, Vodacom legal dept and my attormey vodacom once again agreed to issue a letter stating that this rating should have been removed in 2013. They once again undertook to isuue the letter with in 48 hours. However she has just been tottally ignored by Vodacom eversince and no replies have been recieved fro anyone at Vodacom D R Carinus ID ********** 212080 Ref I ********** </p>
