******* letter of demand
An arrear amount due was paid on 28 June 2018. On 6 July 2018 I received a letter of demand email from Vodacom for the same arrear amount. The letter affords you no opportunity to respond because there is no email address on the letter, and the original email itself says "do not reply to this email as it is computer generated". This is *******.
When you go onto the Vodacom website for contact email address, a message appears that the email functionality has been removed and replaced with only telephonic contact. I cannot afford the (wasted) cost of calling Vodacom because I am not on Vodacom Mobile Contract. As a consumer, I would like to have an email trail especially when it comes to matters relating to Letters of Demand. But, you find nothing on the website. Furthermore, as a last resort, I clicked on the "Call me back" functionality, but there is utterly no response (1-1.30pm, 6 July 2018)
Can Vodacom repsond to this?
