I have been billed since the 1st of July for an alleged subscription for R7 per day. I have never subscribed to this and demand a refund. Vodacom has no rights to deduct from my account without my consent. It means that anyone can request Vodacom to deduct monies from my account and they will accede to their request. No notifications as well from Vodacom or Basebone. I suspect that Vodacom benefits from this ******* activity otherwise why will they do it without consultation. Wont be surprised ... Vodacom owns Basebone.<br> <br> Not the first time with Vodacom. Many reports on Hellopeter. I have not waivered my rights to Vodacom or anyone else.
