******* Direct Marketing #2

I have repeatedly asked Vodacom to remove me from their spam lists. Every time they tell me most certainly I have been removed and will never receive their annoying spam again. Not a day later I receive the next spam message. I've been asking them to remove me from their spam lists for almost a month now and they keep telling me the issue is resolved when it clearly isn't resolved.

I have been receiving an identical spam SMS repeatedly which includes the option to reply STOP to opt out, and when I do reply STOP all I get is another message saying "you are not subscribed yet!!!!!! To subscribe give us all your information!!!!!!!! Because apparently we don't know how exclamation marks work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW BY CONSISTENTLY CONTINUING TO SPAM ME AFTER I'VE ASKED YOU TO STOP.

I just received a text message saying my query has been "attended to". It then directs me to a website which redirects me to the Vodacom app. This is useless to me as I DON'T HAVE A VODACOM ACCOUNT. Please provide me with written feedback on how exactly this issue has been "attended to."
