I reported ***** with vodacom and they failed to give feedback with stipulated 7-14 days period, then I had to come here and complain and that's when they contacted me. Now they say I owe them money but they have not given me the feedback regarding outcome of investigation. My ref is EC-1EEV-1WUS50 ,please contact me.
