******* Debit Orders - Money ******

I can now relate to why the public has sheer hatred for Vodacom and their telemarket partner Elite Mobile.

Elite Mobile called me up two years ago in October. They somehow got me to listen to their deal (this will never ever happen again) and I agreed to look at a device which they were selling on behalf of Vodacom.

When the device was delivered to my office, it looked nothing like the device described by Elite Mobile and I immediately returned it. Elite Mobile has confirmed that I never ever took ownership of the device however Vodacom kept on debiting my account for something I don't own.

I have contacted them several times in the over a year and a half. They have ****** several hundreds of rands from my bank account until I have blocked their debits. And now ironically Vodacom has handed me over to one of their crownies VVM Attorneys for owing them money. Are they insane???

I have gone back to Elite Mobile several times and appealed to them to please make Vodacom stop, sveral references plus assurance that my money will be returned....and yet when I called Vodacom 10 minutes ago my Account shows handed over to legal!

Promises from Elite as seen below means nothing but lies:

"Line has already been cancelled as per: 1- ********** 159955

Credit processed: CN Workflow ID ********** 48

Kind regards
Elite mobile"

I stand to lose my credit rating for allowing a predator like Vodacom to have my bank details. And now with hundreds of rands owing to me, they want to bully me further into paying more money.

This is utterly outrageous.
