I have cancelled my account with vodacom and settled my accounts with them. <br> <br> this morning i get a sms saying they have taken money from my account. <br> <br> After trying to get hold of someone to sort this out I got no answer on the phones they just rang and rang. <br> <br> I have emailed customercare but I can't attach the documents showing proof that I no longer have a contract with vodacom. <br> <br> I want My money back as Vodcom has ****** from me!
