******* credit listing So I have been paying vodacom monthly not knowing my account has been apparently handed over to some lawyers in July 2019 without my knowledge which is very *******. Today I decided to check my credit record to a surprising amount of R7k apparently that I owe to vodacom. When I call the call centre I am told I owe R552 when I query the two different amounts I am transfered to collections who would not disclose the amount owed to them and I am told to communicate with the lawyers who have not communicated with me the past 6months since this account was handed over. What surprises me is that I have been receiving invoices and statements from vodacom which is contrary to the handover process. I want the amount on my credit record cleared with immediate effect and I will be pressing charges against the so called RM debt collectors for failing to notify me within 21 days of receipt of my account.
