******* contracts uplouded ny Vodacom

All my calls are recorded for my protection and so is Vodacom. This is where I started emailing customer services to ask them to rectify the mistake to cancel the ******* contract that that made my name for another 2 years.

I think also emailed them screenshots of all my calls that's been recorded to Vodacom. On the screenshots you can see the date the call was made as well as the time the call was made and how long is a call was with Vodacom customer care.

The way I feel now is going public with my call recordings with Vodacom, and make the public aware of issuing new contracts on your name which you did not ask for. All I asked Vodacom to do is to fix the mistake that they did in the first place.

Pair of dice or on my Vodacom 4U app that my bill is just being loaded with cast reconnection fees insurance fees another 2 years of contract english story of fish that I'm supposed to be paying.

I have sent numerous emails to Vodacom responded to me. Yeah I don't know but according to me this is actually *****. Because contacts are being made against my name not requested for that to happen and now I cannot cancel that.

But luckily for me I do have all my phone call recordings where I have exactly stipulated to them what has to be cancelled and what must not be cancelled. When you call customer services and you log a complaint you need to explain to this operator what is your story and the operator will lock the complaint for you. When you do a follow up on this complain you will speak to you another operator and you will have to tell your story all over again, and once again a complaint will be locked for you.

At the end of the day there's so many complaints that has logged for you but nice solutions or feedback from Vodacom customer care.

With all my complaints I have recordings of each call. And all my emails I also have as proof.

I did advise the operator that my calls are also being recorded for my protection. Do I need to take legal action on this, better to just go on social media and make everybody aware of Vodacom's ******* business deals? Amelia
