******* changes to Business Contracts

<p>5 July 2016 - via Vodacom Facebook page & email correspondence ********** <p>Okay Vodacom - it's time to get rid of "Mondo" ********** 296 - who call<br />saying they are in partnership with you.<br />They continuously call and spam our company phones and are allowing<br />unauthorised persons to adjust their company packages without permission!?<br />Our company then have to wait THREE months before changing my accounts<br />back<br />to the packages they were on.<br />How are these people gaining access to our private information? They know<br />which contracts we have, how many we have, and access to our company<br />private information, which was given to Vodacom in good faith. How can you<br />allow contracts to be changed without ANY personal or company verification<br />methods? No ID number / business registration number asked?<br />I am in awe and to be perfectly honest, gobsmacked by the absolute lack of<br />privacy. Our company chose to make use of Vodacom as a service provider<br />and<br />we do not accept being spammed and constantly hassled by ********** 296, and<br />alike numbers. If we want a contract changed, we will call Vodacom direct,<br />or visit my nearest Vodacom shop.<br />We demand that our contracts which were changed without the permission of<br />the Director of the company be changed back immediately, and we refuse to<br />pay the change of contract fee which was explained to me by Vodacom."<br />With every previous Vodacom visit / upgrade / transaction, I have required<br />a letter of permission, accompanied by Company Registration documents,<br />which is why I cannot understand Mondo performing business contract<br />upgrades without any form of verification.<br /><br />The numbers they performed changes to without permission are as follows:<br /><br /> ********** 220<br /> ********** 216<br /><br />The employees who use the phones were unaware that it was not Vodacom<br />contacting them directly, and are unauthorised to make changes to any<br />contracts. This is in any case ******* as the contracts are not in their<br />personal capacity, and are business contracts. No changes may be made<br />without permission from the business' director, BI Birk.<br /><br /></p> <p>6 July 2016</p> <p>Vodacom respond saying it is being investigated by their forensic team</p> <p> </p> <p>01 August 2016</p> <p>I follow up - no response from Vodacom</p> <p> </p> <p>04 August 2016</p> <p>I follow up </p> <p> </p> <p>05 August 2016</p> <p>Vodacom respond: </p> <p>Good day</p> <p>We do apologise for the inconvienced caused , to have these lines investigated by our ***** division , you will need to snd an affidavit with a copy of signatories id to ********** <p>Regards</p> <p>Lauren</p> <p> </p> <p>SERIOUSLY - A WHOLE MONTH JUST TO TELL ME THAT I NOW NEED AN AFFIDAVIT!!??? - When they did not require any signatories / ID to change these contracts WITHOUT PERMISSION. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is your process for changing contracts. Now tell me how the correct procedures were followed!?? http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/contract-terms-and-conditions</p> <p>6.1.2. all relevant documents required by Vodacom have been signed by you indicating acceptance of any terms and conditions applicable thereto.</p> <p>NO documents were signed or even requested, yet they were still able to go ahead and change our business numbers?? </p> <p>So tell me, if I have an employee on a Smart S package (R209 /month), and these people phoned him and said Wow we can save you money - we see you are using 2 Gb data! Check out this deal! ....And change him over to a Red Advantage R 999 / month package - it's okay?? The company is not aware and must just pay when the debit order goes off???</p> <p>I demand that our cellphone contracts are changed back to the original packages with immediate effect, with a refund for the difference in price. We refuse to leave this here. </p>

Still no response!!!!!

This is absolutely unacceptable Vodacom!!!

Over 2 months now to try and resolve this. I find it utterly disappointing and unacceptable. Vodacom clearly do not value our business.

Please note that I have not yet been contacted by Vodacom to rectify this issue, not via email nor telephone.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

Please note that I am still being ignored by Vodacom.

Not one little piece of feedback has been received.

Good day

I expect the contracts to be changed back to their original packages by the end of today. I have been trying since June!!!!!

This is utterly unacceptable. To receive absolutely no feedback whatsoever, nor to receive any assistance.

The Daily Voice as well as The Tygerberger will be publishing a newspaper article on this matter should the 2 contracts not be rectified by the end of today.

On numerous occasions I have called your call centre, and was told to email my request. I did this and no one has been willing to assist, except to respond 1 month later saying I require an affidavit. I refuse to supply this, as this was not required, nor any verification of who the person was speaking to who phoned to change these contracts with absolutely no permission from the company. I have resorted to Hello Peter and Facebook as last resorts, with absolutely no response either.

I cannot believe that this is the service received by Vodacom.

********** 220
********** 216

Let me also add that months ago, I upgraded ********** 421 to a Samsung Tablet, and the sim card has still not been activated despite numerous attempts, and am still being charged for a service I am unable to use!! I am beyond fed up with the lack of customer care you "provide" your business clients.
