******* and ********** deductions from my Vodacom account

For the last few months, that I have checked my airtime, all my airtime has been depleted on my Vodacom prepaid cell, with a data contract attached.

A detailed explanation of how a user gets subscribed to these subscription services was given to me by a third party to Vodacom after I investigated the loss of airtime over the last few months.

They have been billing me for adult services, flirt services, game services, Vlive services for which I know absolutely nothing about.

I have not subscribed to any subscription services, nor have I clicked on any links or received any notifications of subscription to any services and their costs, and nor have I agreed to any T's and C's. It is ***** if my handset shows anything different to what I have just said. It must then be investigated how someone is able to subscribe to services when I have the handset in my possession. I have had to call Vodacom customer care on numerous occasions of the last few months, to cancel a subscription services over and over again.

This has been going on for 3 months now. I'm on the verge of cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom after being with this service provider since 1996, as Vodacom does not seem to have my business at heart.

All my airtime has been ****** by ********** subscription services, leaving me in harms way, should I need to make a business call or an emergency call. My contract allows me 2GB data, not airtime.

Airtime I top up whenever needed. In the last 3 months I have hardly made any calls from my handset, but on average R275 has been ****** from my account from subscription services. In the last 2 months the amount **********ly deducted from my account could amount in excess of R550 per month, as I have had to top up twice per month in times when I had emergencies in transit, and found myself without airtime, not having made any calls for the entire month.

I am aggrieved that I have been victimized by 3rd parties, through my service provider, putting my life and my money in harms way.

I have been abused, ****** and humiliated. I demanded compensation, which is still not happening.

I expect a sincere apology from Vodacom and assurance that I will never ever be subscribed to any subscription services. It is an insult and embarrassment to be linked to any of these kind of subscription services. It is even worse to be billed for something I have not registered for.

After calling to cancel services I did not register for in the first place, I get reregistered a few days later. This has been going on for 3 months.

I have reached the end of my tether with Vodacom and is ready to call it quits with this company after 20 years with them.
