Ill treated

I have been a loyal customer to Viacom through out and they have disconnected my line due to non-payment. I have made a payment half of the overdue amount and they refuse to re-instate the connection. I have been a loyal customer for years and one simple mistake they throw me out.

Vodacom like any other companies in SA are just bull****ting customer. They take our money and when we encounter issues they throw us in the streets like dirt. all they want from us as customers is our money.

I am so irritated by the relationship that Vodacom gives its clients.
