Iligal subscriptions

Vodacom has put a welcome tone on my phone without me knowing. This is the 4th time it has happened. Apart from it be incredibly common and unprofessional to have a welcome tone in the first place, they actually change for it. They charge for a subscription that I never app**** for or want. I do not see why I have to un subscribe from something I never subscribed to in the first place.
