Ignoring of agreements.

I have never had so much frustration with any company in life. <br> <br> I was in arrears with R1063. They suspended all 3 my contracts. I paid them R1600 and the then demanded a further payment of R2000 odd rand which had a prior agreement on it for the 29th of June. I told them according to our arrangements I was up to date and the next payment will be on the 20th as agreed. They then Opened the one line but kept the other two suspended. This morning I spent another hour with them on the phone and the took the other contracts OFF suspension and put them on Softlock. That is OK. THEN THEY WENT AND PUT THE CONTRACT WHICH THEY HAD OPENED YESTERDAY BACK ON SOFTLOCK. <br> <br> No matter what you do or who you talk to, every persons story changes the whole time. <br> <br> I am advising anyone with problems to go to Cell C and take up their buy-out offer of up to R10 000. Vodacom has grown to big for its own good.
