Ignoring Limits and ripping the clients off Data

The situation is: I have a 20gig data contract, I have set the limit over that to R 150.00 but then the system allows it to go over not 10% not 50% but 600% to over R1000. I then buy more data and set the limit to R 150 over that then the system allows it to go over by around 1300%.

They have every excuse under the sun, they know that it is a modem, so the session does not close. The bill is a debit order so they just ignore what I have asked and ***** my money. I can understand if I was being irresponsible and did not put a lock on the account? I also have tried for months after getting bills of an extra R 5000 more than once to migrate to a top up they have done everything in their power NOT to allow me to do so, only now a Vodacom 4U employee argued with them and they set up a special contract for me to finally be able to migrate.

Lets face it they do not have a 40 gig contract so that they can do this to people. They have the technology to cut you off that is how a top up works but the system is specifically designed to ******* the clients.

I expect everything over 100% of my lock to be credited back to my account.

The number in question is: ***
