Ignored Complaint

<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; background-color: #ffffff;">I have been billed over R1500 in out of bundle data charges but didn't receive an sms to inform me that my data was finished. This happened when I just got the contract more than 3 years ago and I was assured that in future I would receive sms's when I am paying out of bundle rates. This month I am again on R75.00 for data usage???? When I phoned at 13:00 today to question why I haven't been receiving the sms's I was told that the system was down and they couldn't assist me but I will get an sms when they could check. It is 15:30 and still no sms???? I am highly disgusted as on both my other devises I receive the sms's to inform me. Could you please advise if I can be refunded this amount as I feel vodacom did not deliver on the promise to keep me informed? </span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial; font-size: 12px; background-color: #ffffff;">I lodged a complaint on the 28th April and was advised that someone will be in contact within 48 hours. On the 05th May then received an SMS that they are investigating and have since heard nothing. When I tried contacting Vodacom today no one can seem to trace my reference number as it seems that the call has been closed and yet no one has contact me???</span></p>
