Ignored by Vodacom.........

I spoke to a consultant on 22 April regarding my not being able to access my Vodamail email. I was assured that a Technical consultant would contact me. On 3 May I phoned again and they acknowledged that I had logged a complaint and was assured that someone would contact me. It is almost a week later and not a single soul has contacted me and I still can not open my Vodamail email.....
