Ignore the customer... They are just a number anyway.

<p>Over the past 5 or more years I have been trying to get away from the Direct Marketing Spam of Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous service requests that get closed without explanation, I finlly got a written confirmation that I was removed from their SPAM list.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet again I start receiving this ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>As far as I understand, it is now a ******** act...</p> <p>Vodacom is an industry leader... Maybe start acting like it.</p>

Cut and Paste responses will not be useful.

please do a proper investigation into most of my previous service requests before coming back to me.

Suggestions to unsubscribe via the various channels have been done to no avail.

Written confirmation of being unsubscribed has been sent by Vodacom months ago.

I need something a little more substantial.
