I had a data contract with vodacom, now its ending, early this month one of their consultants called me renew the contract with the same instalment but extra 20 or 30 gb monthly, i did accept the offer, the lady promised to email me the new contract documents, since that i have been waiting until today they have not emailed me the new contract documents, today i tried to send them message on their messanger via social media, the person just wasted my time then at the end they did not help me, i feel like these people they are not serious about their work, now i afraid if there is no new contract done, now i will be charged month to month with less data. i kindly request vodacom fulfil their deal as i was told that my contract is renewed with extra data but same monthly payment.
