******** but so arrogant

On Friday night I went to the Vodacom Shop in Clearwater mall to make arrangements to port my number. Since I have previously ported my number twice I am fami**** with the process. Yet the arrogant little teenager with the blonde hair insisted that "you make your sim card prepaid and then come back to the shop". I twice told him the process is as follow: the customer informs his current provider to cancel the cell phone contract on the due date. Once the current provider has cancelled the contract the sim card will then become a prepaid sim card. That is when the new service provider can start the porting process. It normally take 24-48 hours. I left the store in disgust. But luckily there was a second Vodacom shop in the mall. And this time it was an amazing experience as the knowledgeable staff member confirmed exactly what I said.
