Ignorance of emails by Vodacom
I sent an email to Vodacom on 19th Mar 18 due to disappearing airtime from my new contract. The email was read but no one assisted me in the cancellation of **** subscriptions on my number.
Then, 11 days later on the 1st April 18, I called the Vodacom to assists me on this issue as my airtime was getting finished sooner. I found that ~ R10 was deducted on my account every day. It equates to R110 since I reported the matter to Vodacom(Vodacom managed to cancel the subscription after called them). It’s very disappointing that Vodacom can ignore customers email like that while we suffer. What is the use of the Vodacom email concerning queries and complaints? Why is Vodacom is doing that? How can I be assisted in this matter?
