Ignorance is Bliss ???

I ordered a Huawei P9 Lite on 23-08-2016 at 12:24pm via Vodacom Online the device was delivered the next day. Yet the contract I agreed on is not what I have been invoiced for. On the 13th of September I called Vodacom Online to query my invoice which sould be for R619 device and contract included. Yet my invoice is R1054.66 How is this possible? The invoice has an upgrade admin fee and Embeded screen insurance activation. The contract included free Screen insurance and as per Vodacom Online Save R290 when you buy online with FREE SIM, FREE connection and FREE delivery. My handset installment is 175.44 and my Smat LTop Up + Line rental is 542.98 Total 718.42 which sould be R619. I sent a mail ********** as I was informed to by the online opperator that helped me.I explained the situation and requested due credits on the email. The following day I sent the mail ********** ********** to which I recieved an automatic reponse that I would be contacted within 24 hours it is now the 21st of September and Vodacom has made no effort to assist me with the incorrect invoice. It seems vodacom wil call you immediatley if you want to buy somting ,but when you need to inform them that they are in breech of their contract it is ok to just ignor you. I need credits on my invoice before the debit order goes off my account.
