Don’t even waste your time with these people. I have made more than 15 calls, visited branches to see if it would help, and have sent emails all to no avail.

I app**** for a contract more than a week ago now, sent my docs as requested, and am still to hear one word about progress.

Calls have been ended while “transferring” me to the right department, people have been very nice and willing to help only to never follow through. And no one I have tried is apparently actually able to do anything.
