If you can't fix it fulfil your promises!

I've been using Vodacom since I started using a gadget, I never experienced this! I bought a sumsung gadget sumsung galaxy trend neo (white)from Vodacom early this year, in no time I had to take it back to Vodacom for repair it took more than a week or two to come back. After it has came back it was fine for a week I had to take it back there it took another long time, this time I am taking it back for the 3rd time now.the store is Vodacom Repairs Loch Logan.It's evident that immediately as the warranty ends up, I will have to pay over and over again to sustain my gadget! no! I don't want it any more if they can't fix a phone permanently why can't they give a new phone as they promise customers? Vodacom I want a new phone!
