If we all left, do you think they would notice?
1 rating because I couldn't give a zero. So 2 days ago I attempted to upgrade online, however it seems that there is always a technical difficulty. Anyway click on the online chat and someone calls me back and completes my order for me. Right I get a message saying that upgrade is done. Firstly the amount is incorrect, R200 higher than amount agreed on the phone. Next day, someone calls me to confirm my upgrade and delivery, mention to this young lady that I noticed that the amounts were different on the sms to what we agreed on the phone. She tells me not to worry, all their calls are recorded and the amount will be as per the phonecall. If not then I should just query it and it will be corrected. Cool.... she carries on to tell me that she is releasing my order if I am happy for delivery on Wednesday. I then mention to her that this would be great as I would be out of the office on Thursday and Friday and seeing as no one can ever tell you what time the couriers will deliver I wouldn't want to inconvenience them by having them drive out only to find that I am not there. She says not to worry, delivery will be done on Wednesday. Today is wednesday and it is 4:26pm, I can obviously see that delivery won't take place today, so I call vodacom to remind them of this and to ask when will I actually get my phone. No one knows, I get transferred twice and then almost a 3rd time, but decide enough is enough and Vodacom gets enough out of me every month for me not to have to deal with incompetence. So Vodacom here is what I want to know: 1. Why do you encourage online upgrades when you can't stick to promised turnaround times 2. Where the hell is my phone? 3. Why can't anyone tell me with cer*****y when it will be delivered. Should we just pray to the delivery gods everyday and hope that today you will be lucky and get your phone. 4. If I am too far from the 'city centre', why not just say that so that I can make other arrangements?
I am done with your incompetence, if someone can't tell me what is happening without me spending nearly 30 minutes of my time on the phone trying to get someone to give me answers then I think I should go and try some other provider out. I hear that FNB gives out great deals! I think I should give them a try!
Cheers suckers
