If this is how you treat new customer, imagine having a problem and logging a call....

During black Friday I app**** for a contract. Despite the admin I thought I would give Vodacom a try as my current supplier was stuggeling to not drop calls.

Any way, I app**** and the deal was approved.

After about 2 hours on the phone with your online department, they could not deliver my sim card as I was out of time that week and indicated that I could just call in again and all was perfect. For the last two weeks I called. Holding on for roughly 3-4 hours in total just being transferred from pillar to post with no intent to resolve this from a call center that I would describe is worse than anything I have seen before. Today I gave it another final go and after 25 min, my call was answered. I gave them the reference number just to be told that the deal had been cancelled by Vodacom. No communication, no attempt to retain your new customer. Just plain shocking. Needless to say, back to Telkom it is, where at least you are valued as a client.
