Keeping customers informed is clearly not a priority for Vodacom. I constantly have to call in for an update. For the past two months no one has called me to inform me of the progress on the line. When I called in then i was told to provide confirmation from Cell C proving that the line was released on their side. I provided this information within 2 days of them asking for it. But weeks later and consultants would still ask me to provide this confirmation which is a clear indication that not everyone is on the same page. Had I not called in ,no one would've bothered to call me to inform me of what I needed to do. Recently I was asked to provide the object number of which I did. But once again I had to call in to inquire what the hold up was .Customer feedback is so important and I just wish that certain employees would realize that .
After struggling for weeks and wasting almost a thousand rand on airtime due to me calling in everyday I was told by one consultant that they would take ownership of this query as they do see that this matter is long overdue. This gentleman once again promised to call me the following day.Well that was 2 weeks ago and i'm still waiting.I app**** for this fiber line on the 25th of September 219 and its the 15th of October today
I spoke to a guy called Paballo Molefe at first. This guy just promised me the sun and the stars without actually doing something. It got to a point where he would ignore my phone calls. Vodacom needs to understand that as a customer all we want is constant feedback and being updated. What we dont want is being **** to by numerous staff members promising to get back to you.
