If a client contract expires, what give you a right to renew it.Call the client and tell them their contract has elapsed and give them the choice.

Do not ever take up a contract with Vodacom.I’ve been with them from 2004 and now i’m At the credit bereau because apparently I can’t pay them.So I pay them R26000 and ask them to cancel my contract.Guess what the find all sorts of excuses not to want to cancel it.

Tell you what. You are losing a loyal customer that you have treated like dirt and you know it.I will tell all my colleagues not to join Vodacom. Now I can’t But a house because of them.***** That was reported happening on my account that they never investigated. The decided to refund me for it but kept the numbers that I clearly told them to remove from my account.Thry never did and now their excuse is that the will not close my account because some numbers are suspended.I do not want anything to do with vodacom and i’mgiimg To spread the word everywhere until they fix this.
