idiots that hand a account settled in advance !!!!

i had an acc with vodocom who decided not to even inform me that contract was expiring or the options avail they decided to take the liberty to continue with the contract and not inform me the add on cancelled long story short i requested that same be cancelled got through nyalleng and cancelled same i was informed that the contract was cancelled which indeed was i requested my refund as the prem was not to have gone of because of advance same not received to date i then get called by some fool this morning who has no incline why she calling me and get through on line chat which is slow that there is no need for them then elroy informs me the acc ref to legal ...HOW THE HELL , you owe me money please refund my money and explain to why the hell has this account be ref to legal if it was never in arrears you guys are truly *********** and please get me someone that is competent
