<p>Vodacom has the most pathetic service. <br />We have been with them for past 21 years now. And their service has declined tremendously. Disgusting. <br />5 of our cellphones have been locked for the past 3 weeks, resulting in us not being able to make and receive calls and messages. We have missed 2 emergency family functions in the interim. No one knows why our contacts have been locked. I have driven to the head offices in MIDRAND, which is completely out of my way. Every day I have phoned the idiots of vodacom and nothing has happened just to note I am a widow, my daughter is in matric and my other 2 daughters are health practitioners who need to be contactable all the time. Total raucous! </p> <p> </p>
