Identity Theft No Feedback
I tried to open a contract up at Game and they said I have already got a contract, I would like to Report that someone has used my Details to open an Cellphone contract without my Permission in Cape Town, I Reside in Port Elizabeth.
Please Can someone remove this off my name before it becomes in arrears and effects my Credit Score.
I have sent Multiple Emails to the ***** Department with only one feedback .
Stating : ***Good day We acknowledge the receipt of your Affidavit and ID to dispute a contract/s in your name. We will investigate further and give feedback within 7 - 14 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regards Thabo***
This was on the 4th of December 2017 much longer then 14 Working Days!
