Identity theft at a Vodacom store!

2016 I was contacted by Hammond Pole attorneys with regard to my Vodacom account that owes around R15000,00.I explained that I have never opened an account at Vodacom in my life.I told them that someone has done this ********** practice in my name. They requested I sent an affidavit, copy of my id and drivers licence both copies signed 3 times.I did that.A month later anothe person from Hammond Pole calls,I explain again and told them it is an identity theft case.So they also request the same documents.I started to worry went up and forth Vodacom mall of the North for assistance seeing that it seems we are going on circle with this case. The guy who assisted me at the Vodacom store also sent the documents to ***** department. The Hammond Pole people stopped calling.Fast forward to last Monday when I made an application for a vehicle the lady from finance at the dealership called me and told me I am listed because I owe Vodacom, the money now is over R20,000.Please help,I am losing my mind.Vodacom head office in Polokwane is refusing to assist me,they requested me to go Vodacom stores where I also do not get assistance.
