identity theft

someone opened a contract with Vodacom using my identity,first of I would just like to thank the only person that was able to listen and give me proper information which was Lefa in the collections department, I was given an email address to send my avidavit as well as my ID to [Email Removed] which I did ,to date no response or whatsoever in regards to the investigation,i need to open a case at the police station but the police also needs information as to how this contract was opened,where was the item delivered and so forth, and to date I have been calling Vodacom form 8 am being transferred from call centre consultants to rude receptionists to people telling me there is no legal/***** or forensics department at Vodacom, this is really frustrating, I have left my number with numerous people and no one has called ***
