Identity loss....

I am totally at a lost. I have been having trouble with my account since 2017. First I started receiving another persons vodacom account in December 2016, then had issues with my phone in 2017 just to be told I cannot be helped as I am not the account holder of my phone number! After spending numerous hours at a vodacom shops numerous calls and emails it seemed all was sorted and I successfully did a upgrade on my account in February 2018 with my Identity. Then beginning of this year my phone got ******, and again I cannot be helped because the account is not on my name!!!! How in the world does dis keep happening??? Now after visits to the vodacom shop and numerous phone calls to no avail may I add, I decided to contact the person who's bills I have been receiving just to hear he had exactly the same experience and after not getting any resolution he just had it and he actually successfully ported his number to another network. Unfortunately I am not able to do this as I cannot pass the authentication as the account and phone number I have been using for 20+ year apparently is not my account. I have a archive of communications sent to vodacom like bank statements showing debit orders, ID copies, vodacom statements from before all this started showing myself as the account holder. I just do not know what to do anymore. My clients cannot contact me, I have lost some of my clients details as a result of the theft of my phone. I am just at a loss.
