Identity *****, yet the innocent is treated like a ********

Good Day,

Last week on the 15th November 2016 i just found out that Vodacom has deducted R742,00 from the account. I called my bank an reverse the money on the 16th November 2016. I then asked for a TransUnion credit listing, which i found out that i had 2 listing with Vodacom, one for 25th September 2016 and second one for 10th November 2016. I called Vodacom to confirm this, i was told i do have a contract with them, and i told them i had never opened an account with them, after 3hours of being in the phone sent from pillar to post, one of the urgent ended up advising me to go to the branch whith an Affidevit and a proof of my identity to submit and dispute the contract opened on my name. I went to the police open a case and also did an affidevit to submit to Vodacom. I went Greenstone mall Vodacom, were i was told want i want to do can not be done in a branch , trying to understand how can they open an account on 2 different months without any suppling documents as the urgent couldnt even give e any proof of how the other person openned an account as me, no Identity document or any documents related to me were shown to me even though i had a sworn statement to show i was not the one who opened the contract. and after a serveral discussion with the urgent she then called whoever that she called and i was supp**** with an email to send my supporting documents. i then sent the email to the provided email on the 17th November 2016. Today i open my email and find a respond as follows:

From: ********** **********
Sent: Sunday, 20 November 2016 2:29 PM
To: Phathu Makovhololo
Subject: EC-04F1-3K5M2H

This message originated from outside your organization

Good day

please be advised that no attached documents on this email

This e-mail is classified C2 - Vodacom Restricted - Information to be used inside Vodacom but it may be shared with authorised partners.
“This e-mail is sent on the Terms and Conditions that can be accessed by Clicking on this link https://webmail.vodacom.co.za/tc/default.html "

When i checked my sent items, this email was sent with an attachment. then after few minutes they just close my query without any explanation further.

From: ********** **********
Sent: Sunday, 20 November 2016 2:29 PM
To: Phathu Makovhololo
Subject: EC-04F1-3K5M2H

This message originated from outside your organization

Dear Customer,

Your service request no.
