Identity *****

Vodacom claim to fame on their Facebook page; “We are SA’s Best Network with the least dropped calls” #JustSwitch

It is not of any use if you can’t even assist your current long time clients of over 15 years. The Vodacom’s client service and in particular legal department is useless (make-believe). I have logged calls; send emails to Vodacom’s legal department ********** without any reply or feedback. When you call, you get moved from department to department and said that they can’t put your through to Legal department.

My account was upgraded by means of Identity theft. To date I received 1 sms after the matter was reporting to them in late January.

“From: Vodacom16

Dear client ***** is confirmed and requested subscriber collections to reverse the upgrade and refund you after 14 days. Rgds Siphiwe Makhubo

2017/01/27 08:11:00a.m.”

To date my account is still not reversed.
