Icasa please help
Vodacom lie on this platform and say they are assisting their customers.
They never call or do anything to fix the damage they cause.
Is there someone who can help?
They charged for insurance for 6 months after it was cancelled. They refused to take my call and their agents kept cutting my call.
I have even have an email stating I cancelled but they kept charging me.
