I wouldn't recommend vodacom to anywone the merchant call centre is the worst3

My query was resolved. I wouldn't recommend vodacom to anyone. That merchant call centre is a joke. I was made to send my bank statement revealing sensitive information to some useless *********** team leader by the name of *** *** and they never gotten back to me. I don't know what they requested my bank statement for. Only time Vodacom actually gotten back to me it's when i logged a complaint on hello peter. Vodacom still has my bank statement, i don't know what they are going to use it for. It makes me uneasy
