"I won't put you through to my supervisor!"

I spoke to Snetemba at vodacom . Absolutely appalling service. The 2 items I previously had a problem with and thought that were sorted at Vodacom, still aren't!!! I tried to sort the problem out , but Sntemba (a supervisor?) just wouldn't listen to me. He insulted me over and over again and belittled me . He refused to put me through to his supervisor! I am so tired of being treated badly by Vodacom...so looking forward to moving to Mtn!! The title is one of the many epic quotes from Snetemba.....
