I won a free course through shake

Hi there. So I have tried several times to email you. On the website it says that your email is down. Well. I can't call you. No incoming or outgoing calls can be done from my number. No sms either. So here's my issue. I won a free 4 week course from vodacom shake with shaw academy. Firstly. I could not explore their course content without loading my banking details. So shaw has this reassuring message that they will send a reminder before the 4 weeks are up and I can cancel. 2. Trusting that it originated from vodacom. I have no doubt this is legit. 3 A week before before it expired term. I cancelled with shaw academy. 4 I cancelled twice and still no response. Let me add. That reminder email as advice. Never came 5.i go on the app in an effort to delete my banking details. Shaw academy does not allow me onto the banking section on the app. 6. I failed to remove my banking details and what do you know..... I get billed R399!!!! 7. I log a review with hello peter but it got deleted due to certain unacceptable wording.... as u can imagine how furious I am. 7. I research them and find very heart breaking reviews before I realize that I have been ****med. 8. I logged a complaint on their FB messenger. No response. 9. I lodged a complaint with consumers protection. 10 i emailed Shaw on any and every email address I could find. 11. They responded by saying i did not cancel in time. Oh well. Case closed. Its their lies over my evidence

Now.. I would like to know, as vodacom introduced me to Shaw and I presumed you took the relevant steps to ensure that they were indeed legit. What are you going to do to assist me in getting my refund and deleting my banking details from their shady business.

My number does not work. I cant Receive or make calls or SMS please respond via email. Thank you

I have not been contacted by vodacom by phone, sms, email or even WhatsApp.
I wonder what your excuse is.
