I wish Vodacom will just man up and fix their mistake

I have been a Vodacom customer since I got my first phone in 2001. But the 1st of August my airtime wasn't loaded... well I have been phoning Vodacom since then. And every day there was a different story... until finally it was uncovered that my contract was cancelled and was now on pre paid... Firstly: I never requested my contract to be cancelled. Secondly: I never made a payment to cancel my contract. Thirdly: I never signed any documentation to cancel my contract. Fourthly: when I requested to see the payment and documentation in question it was refused. And finally: All the phone calls I made to Vodacom which is recorded is not available to me... To put this in a gentle way: I am FURIOUS and OUTRAGED...because 10 minutes ago when I phone ********** YET AGAIN the phone was put down in my ear twice by the oh so helpful agents... I want my contract re instated. I never cancelled it or requested a cancellation...I want it fixed on their side because they made the mistake. Now I have to keep on buying airtime which in fact I already paid for when the debit order went off end of July. So now I have to pay double for my phone. Is it so difficult to fix it???? Oh and let’s not forget that every time I phoned my request was emailed to the manager and accelerated and someone will phone me back before the end of the day... Best joke ever...which I heard every time I phoned. Someone: I am still waiting for your promised phone call. And today my patience is over with the *********** agents and people working for Vodacom. I am tired of phoning every day since the 1st of August to have a mistake fixed which one of your people made. I wish that I can just take out another contract from a service provider whom actually provides a service. After 16 years with you I am left speechless. I cannot understand HOW this happened....???

So I phoned again yesterday...was told to email contract reinstatement forms to the person (which I cannot decide if I should name?) personally and once they have received my email they will phone me to let me know... Phoned AGAIN this morning only to speak to some one else yet again not even in the same city as the one yesterday... no wonder since the 1st of August nothing has been resolved... Every day I speak to who ever answers the same ********** number... Today AGAIN an email will be sent to the managers to find out what is going on by the agent that answered after I was cut off on the first phone call. So since yesterday I have had to phone 3 times with no answers. But at least yesterday I was told to email contract reinstatement forms. That was new.
