i will not pay

i have had this number for more than 10 years and it was recently hacked and a swim swap was done by some *********. the problem is they borrowed R150 with of airtime and transferred that airtime to another number, however vodacom customer care is telling me i must pay that R150.00. this is not my fault that their system(Tobi) was manipulated. why am i paying for their incomitance?
