I will never give my business to vodacom again!

I have had the absolute worst experience with Vodacom and this new contract I have. Since last year, there has been countless issues regarding my contract. Despite going through a complete sales call, all my details were wrong. My ex husband was receiving notifications regarding my contract. Vodacom would just stop my debit orders and I would have no explanation as to why and end up having to pay arrears and the contract prolonging. Because my debits were stopped on their side, my ex husband sent me a sms advising that I need to contact the pre-legal department. WHERE YOU FIND HIS NUMBER IS BAFFLING, yet you cant find the number of the actual contract holder beats me. I contacted the pre-legal department, of which I spoke to an agent, and he made payment arrangements of R604 that would clear the arrears by end August. I had one successful debit, and nothing more,, The struggle to get hold of an agent is ridiculous. I had to wait for over a year to have my surname updated. The only way someone calls me back is via this platform. I then spoke to a Patricia, who couldnt explain to me how the debits had stopped, I told her I have proof from my bank that there has never been a stop order on my account for my vodacom debits. She then arranged a R603 payment arrangement, which ended up being 3 debit orders, amounting to R232.04, R603 and R9839.72 because SOMEONE put my account on CLOSED status, and this was the full outstanding amount on my contract. I told her to call me the Friday after these debits ran, which wouldve been on the 31st July, to confirm if these debits were successful or not, in order for reversals etc,, to date I have not heard from her, but received an sms that my account has been handed over to attorneys, and the attorney bill is now amounting to R21737.48. So I need someone to please explain to my, why am I now held liable for all of Vodacoms faults and lack of communication to clients? Vodacom is now expecting me to pay an additional amount of almost R12 000 for their discrepancies on my contract. Which I WILL NOT DO. I want feedback on this contract as soon as possible please, as I need to let the attorney know what transpired.
