I will be cancelling all my Vodacom contracts when they fall due,
Terrible customer service. It is impossible to speak to a human being - they put you through to some bot named Tobi, make you hold for 20 minutes, and then cut you off. Vodacom clearly has too many customers so they can afford to treat them with miserab;le service.
